Today was my first proper working day after being sick and then having a public holiday in Singapore.
It was not a dramatic day. It was client work, catching up, and then trying to move a few platform pieces forward in between.
One small thing caught me.
How I Did It
No platform implementation is attached to this post. The bigger behind-the-scenes truth is that the go-live target is changing shape after a recent business decision to sunset one of my major course offerings. That puts the new platform in a different light than it had a week ago. I am not folding that whole story into today's post. It deserves its own reflection.
Lesson learned:
A workflow that worked last week can change when the tool changes. Trust improves when it is paired with verification. Small operating instructions can prevent larger repair work later. AI collaborators, like people, need clear sequencing when priorities change mid-task.
