The Person Behind IntelliCoach

Hi, I'm Maik. I've spent years coaching leaders -- from first-time managers figuring out how to delegate, to executives navigating the politics of organizational change. Along the way, I kept noticing the same pattern: great insights from coaching sessions would fade within weeks because there was no practical tool to anchor them.

So I started building the tools myself. Not another leadership book. Not another framework diagram that looks smart on a slide but confusing in practice. I built worksheets, conversation guides, and structured methods that you can pull out when the moment calls for it.

Every IntelliCoach resource comes from real coaching conversations with real leaders. If a tool doesn't survive contact with reality, it doesn't make it to the store.
