What we sell

IntelliCoach Courses sells digital products: leadership and coaching documents that you download and use immediately after purchase. Once a digital file has been delivered to you, it cannot be retracted. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases.

How to evaluate before you buy

Buying a digital document without seeing it first is a leap of faith. We do not want you to take that leap blind. Two ways to evaluate a product before you commit:

1. Executive summary. Every product page includes a free executive summary. It gives you a substantive view of what the full document contains, without buying. 2. Extended preview on request. If the executive summary is not enough, request an extended preview. We will send you roughly half of the full document by email, free of charge, with no obligation to buy. Click "Request extended preview" on the product page, or email support@intellicoachcourses.com with the product code in the subject line. We reply within one business day.

The extended preview exists so you can make an informed decision before payment.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase.

For digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase, both laws (Article 16(m) of the EU Directive, Regulation 37(1)(a) of the UK Regulations) allow this right to be waived if the buyer expressly consents to immediate delivery AND acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right.

When you complete a purchase on intellicoachcourses.com, you confirm both of these at checkout. By proceeding, you agree to immediate delivery of the digital product and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for that specific purchase.

This waiver does not affect your statutory rights for technically defective products, which are covered below.

Defective products

If a digital product you purchased is technically defective (the file is corrupt, unreadable, materially different from its description, or never delivered after a successful payment), email support@intellicoachcourses.com within 14 days of purchase. We will repair, replace, or refund the defective item at our discretion. This applies regardless of jurisdiction.

Payment processor

Payments on intellicoachcourses.com are processed by Whop Inc. (USA), our Merchant of Record. For duplicate charges, payment-processor errors, or fraudulent transactions, contact Whop's support at support@whop.com. For all other questions about a purchase, contact us at support@intellicoachcourses.com.
